Google was late to the game when they decided to launch what was then known as Android Pay. This meant they didn’t support as many banks and services as other mobile payment platforms available at that time. However, since then the company has been busy partnering with major credit cards and banks around the world. The United States has a lot of local credit unions, though, and it’s good to see they aren’t ignoring them. The company has just revealed Google Pay now supports 63 new banks and Synchrony’s PayPal Mastercard.
This now has Google Pay being supported by over 1,400 banks and the list just keeps on growing. Check out the 63 new additions in the list below and the full list of supported banks right here.
