Google was recently accused of breaking Russian antitrust law. The company was told that they would be penalized if they didn’t stop “forcing” OEMs to bundle Google’s applications if they wanted to use Google Play. Today, Google was given a deadline of November 18th to change this or they could face a fine of up to 15% of the revenue from the preinstalled apps.
